Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for orders that have not been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot process a refund. To request a refund, please contact us at sales @drinkhardgrapes.comwith your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Shipping Insurance: Customers have the option to add shipping insurance during the checkout process to protect against loss or damages during transit. If shipping insurance is not purchased, Hard Grapes shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages that may occur after the product leaves our facility.

Delivery Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive the order. If the recipient is not available to receive the order, and it subsequently results in additional fees (e.g., re-delivery charges), the customer will be responsible for covering these costs.

If your order is eligible for a refund, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
